Planning the Largest Mixed-Use Development in the Region

Located on the site of the former Rockingham Park racing track along Route 28 in Salem, NH, Tuscan Village is set to become the largest mixed-use development of its kind in the region. The master plan for this themed 170-acre lifestyle center—developed by architects Prellwitz Chilinski Associates with landscape visioning by Halvorson Design for Tuscan Brands and Grossman Development—will feature a luxury hotel, restaurants, entertainment venues, retail, and residences, as well as corporate and medical offices.
