Our landscape architects sought to create a peaceful and contemplative garden cemetery which respects Jewish burial traditions and is inspired by the beautiful surrounding landscape in Pennsylvania.
Their design became a reality as Laurel Hill President & CEO Nancy Goldenberg, Board of Directors Chair Wilson Smith, and community representatives gathered for the opening of Makom Shalom (Place of Peace) at West Laurel Hill Cemetery.
