We are collaborating with MARK Development LLC and project partners Elkus Manfredi, Odeh Engineers, RFS Engineering, and VHB to develop Dunstan East. Working closely with the project team, our landscape architects are designing streetscape and pedestrian improvements that will frame the project in West Newton.
This includes the landscape design of two courtyards built on structure above parking for the development. One courtyard between two buildings will feature a central lawn and walkway connecting visitors and residents to a green space by Cheesecake Brook. The courtyards will have many garden amenities for residents including BBQ stations, a pergola, seating areas, and a bocce ball court.
