Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio developed a pragmatic site plan that responds to the complexity of the school’s programming and reconfigures 2/3 of the 30-acre campus to accommodate the expanded building complex, parking lot, and sports fields.

Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio staff, Jonathan Cave and Inmaculada Gil Cerezo, joined the Boston Society of Landscape Architects, Green Roots Chelsea, and students from the Harvard GSD and Northeastern University to engage residents in a conversation about their hopes for a new open space in their neighborhood.

Hundreds gathered for the dedication of the new Generals Bridge and Park. The new park, which recognizes seven recent generals from Quincy and celebrates the city's long tradition of military service, was designed by Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio in collaboration with City officials.

A crowd of 3,000 is expected to attend the dedication this Saturday, September 11th for the new Generals Park in Quincy. The park, designed by Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio in collaboration with Mayor Thomas Koch and representatives from the City, honors 18 U.S. Generals, and all military personnel with local roots, for their service.

The Office Administrator will provide support to ensure efficient operation of our Boston office which consists primarily of landscape architects within the Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio. The successful candidate will provide support to all levels of technical and operational staff. This position is a 30 hour per week position with full benefits.

Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio, joined the Lynn State Delegation, representatives from the City, Massachusetts DCR, EDIC, and the Breakwater development team, to celebrate the dedication of Frederick Douglass Park in downtown Lynn. The park was designed by Halvorson in collaboration with DCR.

NEREJ reports on the opening of Phase 2 at Tuscan Village, a new “shop, dine, live, work, stay, and play” destination in Salem, NH. The development was master planned by PCA with landscape architecture by Halvorson and engineering by Tighe & Bond and features a six-acre lake and Lake Park, a flexible, programmable entertainment plaza.

Acting Mayor Kim Janey joined the Boston Housing Authority, WinnCompanies, and MassHousing to celebrate the opening of the Harbor125 Apartments and Harborwalk Residences in East Boston. Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio worked closely with The Architectural Team (TAT) and the developers to design a variety of green spaces and streetscapes for this 1.1-acre site.
