Vesna Maneva, RLA, LEED Green Associate


Vesna Maneva is a landscape architect and planner with more than 15 years of experience. Applying her unique combination of professional training in architecture, landscape architecture, and planning, Vesna has contributed to a diverse array of projects for academic, commercial, institutional and municipal clients.  

Her experience includes academic master planning, commercial and institutional site design, as well as park and urban design. Since joining Halvorson Design, she has been involved with a variety of complex projects. Recent efforts have included master planning for the historic Mount Hope Cemetery in Rochester, NY, the Asa Gray Garden at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, MA, and accessible site design for the Boston College residence halls. She is currently serving as project manager for the campus-wide renewal of Bristol County Agricultural High School and recently completed a master plan for the Old Village Cemetery in Dedham that is moving to implementation.

Vesna serves on the Conservation Commission for the Town of Westwood and is a registered landscape architect in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Recently, she presented “Landscape Planning for Cemeteries: Longevity through Beauty, Harmony & Innovation” at the 2019 New England Cemetery Association Conference in Stowe, VT.
