Rob’s professional experience includes urban parks, plazas and streetscapes, campus design, large greenway systems and detailed garden design. He has been involved in many master planning and design projects at Halvorson Design serving as project manager and Principal in Charge.

Rob is responsible for program development, site study and design, construction documentation and observation for selected projects, including the Ulfelder Healing Garden at Massachusetts General Hospital, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Plaza, and The Channel Center projects.

A talented and imaginative designer, Rob is proficient at presentation material production and is an experienced and capable participant at public meetings and workshops. He also has extensive knowledge of construction methods and detailing.
