Atlantic Wharf is a crowning element in the transformation of Port Point Channel into a lively contemporary waterfront. Halvorson Design joined with CBT architects to provide public realm improvements for this adaptive re-use of three historic wharf buildings topped by a new glass tower. New tenants at this Boston Properties development include four restaurants and the Boston Society of Architects' new headquarters. Halvorson Design also helped to design an integrated Green Roof and rainwater harvesting system that will save more than 12,000,000 gallons of water annually, helping the project achieve a Gold LEED rating.
