Halvorson Design, in association with Four Architecture, comprehensively redesigned the spaces surrounding the Federal Reserve Bank, whose aluminum-clad headquarters is one of Boston's most striking modern buildings. The work meets updated security standards for the building itself and includes an inviting civic plaza and garden space for the public adjacent to South Station and the Rose Kennedy Greenway.
