Senior Associate
Chris has more than 35 years of professional experience, covering a wide spectrum of planning, design and administration, including park development, historic landscape preservation, and natural resource and tourism planning. As a Senior Associate at Halvorson Design and registered Landscape Architect, Chris has planning, design and marketing responsibilities.
He counts among his most memorable projects City Square Park, in Charlestown MA, a true example of excellence achieved through community commitment, and Gore Place, where the firm’s master plan has stimulated an on-going program of landscape archaeology.
Chris is a Distinguished Alumnus of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and in 2007 received its Julius Fabos Medal in recognition of his career accomplishments.
