Emma Willard, one of the nation's leading girls preparatory schools, is blessed with a magnificent, gothic-style, historic campus on Mount Ida overlooking Troy, designed in part by Olmsted Brothers, Landscape Architects.
Halvorson Design updated an existing landscape master plan to tie the campus together and create a new hierarchy of improved landscape spaces and circulation system. The firm was also responsible for implementing a series of improvements in harmony with the historic campus, including a new loop road, improved campus entrances and related site amenities.
